Email Notifications (Resend)

We use Resend, a transactional email service, to send internal notification emails to TIER 321 administrators when contact forms and interest forms are submitted. Resend processes email delivery on our behalf in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use Resend to send marketing emails or share your information with third parties through this service. Notification emails are sent only to authorized TIER 321 team members.

Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA alternative, to protect our forms from automated spam and abuse. When you submit our contact form, Turnstile may collect certain information to verify you are a human user, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser information and user agent
  • Interaction data with the challenge widget

This information is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not have access to the detailed data collected by Turnstile; we only receive a verification result indicating whether the submission is likely from a human.

Cal.com Scheduling

We use Cal.com, a third-party scheduling platform, to allow you to book meetings with us directly from our contact page. When you use the "Book a Call" option, the following information may be shared with Cal.com to process your booking:

  • Your name and email address
  • Selected meeting time and timezone
  • Company name (if you provided it in our contact form before booking)
  • Inquiry type (if you selected one in our contact form before booking)
  • Any "Additional notes" you choose to enter directly in the Cal.com booking form

The free-form message body from our "Send Message" contact form is intentionally not forwarded to Cal.com. We limit automatic data sharing with Cal.com to low-sensitivity fields directly relevant to scheduling, and we do not transmit the contents of your inquiry message to the scheduling platform without your explicit action.

Cal.com processes your information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Alternatively, you may book a meeting directly at cal.com/tier321 without interacting with our embedded booking tool.

Intercom Live Chat (Fin AI Agent)

We use Intercom to provide an AI-assisted live chat surface (the Fin AI Agent) on tier321.com. The Intercom widget loads on every page, which means Intercom sets an anonymous visitor-session cookie on page load so the messenger is available when you want it. Intercom may collect:

  • IP address, browser type, and approximate geographic location
  • Interaction data with the chat widget (opens, page views during a session)
  • Messages and attachments you voluntarily send through the chat

Site visitors are tracked anonymously by a browser cookie. TIER 321 does not pass identity verification tokens (JWT) or personally identifiable information to Intercom; your name, email, or other PII are only associated with a chat session if you enter them yourself inside the Intercom messenger. Chat transcripts and any PII you provide are processed by Intercom in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
